Here is a quick preview of one of our next games : Raid on Zeebrugge ! A solitaire game of Operation Z.O, 23 April 1918. Volume 2 of the Raid on Saint-Nazaire series.

The game is built on the system of Raid on St. Nazaire 1942, with the kind permission of its designer, Robert G. Markham.
When Avalon Hill released Raid on St. Nazaire in 1987, designers Robert G. Markham and Mark Seaman delivered a solitaire classic. It won the Charles S. Roberts Awards for Best World War II Board Game and Best Wargame Graphics. Players have been trying to pull off that impossible raid ever since.
Now the same system, at the same scale, sails for Zeebrugge.
Behind a mile of concrete and steel lies the gateway to Bruges, and the U-boats of the Flanders Flotilla slip out through it. Tonight, you close that door.
Command HMS Vindictive and the Mersey ferries Iris and Daffodil, loaded with Royal Marines. Send submarine C3 to blow the viaduct. Drive the blockships Thetis, Intrepid and Iphigenia into the canal and sink them where they count. Against you stand the Marinekorps Flandern, coastal batteries, searchlights and a garrison that grows more organized with every turn.
Silence the guns. Cut the Mole. Seal the canal. Bring your men home.
